I had the pleasure of having a in ground pool put in at my home and must say I’m truly impressed with the quality of work of Anthony & Sylvan. I want to specifically callout Nicholas Serrano “Project Manager” and Tiffanee Dixon “Scheduler”. They both were extremely professional, caring, and ensured constant communication throughout the entire project. To be honest Nicholas and Tiffanee is what really made going through this company worth it. Thank you both for excellent customer service you both demonstrated. I had an issue with my pool heater, and Owen Sakovic stepped in and led the way for my repairs.  Michelle Diaz followed through and had crew come in and replace the bad heater. Pool motor went out as soon as we bought the house. Called Anthony & Sylvan and David gave us a great price and Brandon came and installed it quick and professionally ( Great guy). I won't go in to detail about past experiences with some companies, but everyone I had contact with from Anthony & Sylvan , from David, Brandon, Fernando to Clifton , all have been pleasant ,helpful and forthcoming with helpful info. If you’re thinking about building a pool, I can’t recommend Anthony & Sylvan enough! Paul Franklin, our sales representative, made the entire process so easy and stress-free. From helping us design the perfect pool to guiding us through the HOA approval process, everything was seamless. He created a beautiful design that made the most of every inch of our backyard while staying within our budget. Our construction manager, Nick, has been just as outstanding. He has been incredibly responsive, addressing every question and concern with professionalism and care throughout the entire project. We absolutely love our pool and couldn’t be happier with our decision. The entire Anthony & Sylvan team exceeded our expectations, and we would choose them again without hesitation. A&S did a great job walking us through our first pool purchase, design, build, and commissioning. I appreciate Clay Miller’s patience and precision as he reworked the design several times for us :). The material selection process was great with a state of the art design studio and friendly folks to work with. I built my pool two years ago and the construction and the quality of the work were really impressive. Great team professional, and customer oriented. I am so happy with my new pool. Anthony and sylvan did a great job. Mr. Paul Franklin is a best designer. Cesar is the best project manager. They also do a great job on warranty and customer service.
