Next, we’ll create a detailed 3D design and provide a quote. Once the design is approved and the contract is signed, we begin construction.
We work diligently to keep every project on schedule. If delays occur, we communicate openly and work quickly to resolve them. We also have a clear process for handling issues to ensure they’re addressed fairly and efficiently.
With Anthony & Sylvan Pools Las Vegas, you’ll be assigned a dedicated project manager who provides regular updates at the end of each construction phase and the start of the next. For non-urgent questions, you’ll receive a response within 24 business hours. Ongoing support is also available after your project is complete.
We partner with licensed, experienced professionals who specialize in their trades. Your project manager oversees every phase of the build to ensure the work meets our strict quality standards.
