I want to give a huge shoutout to Tim with Anthony & Sylvan Pools. Tim helped with our original pool installation, and I ran into an issue and he came back out to help. Tim did an excellent job troubleshooting the problem, getting it resolved, and taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. He’s extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and has always been very responsive whenever I’ve reached out by text or phone. It says a lot when someone is still willing to go above and beyond long after the original job is completed. Anthony & Sylvan Pool did an exceptional job bringing my vision for a modern luxury pool to life. From start to finish, their entire team was professional, efficient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the process. They truly listened to what I wanted and helped create a sleek, modern design that fit my style perfectly. One of my favorite features is the beautiful sunken seating area they incorporated instead of a traditional Jacuzzi, which made the space feel even more unique, elegant, and functional for entertaining and relaxation. The beginning of the project had a lot of interference and delays from a very obstinate next door neighbor. His intent was to make our lives miserable from the very 1st stage of the building our new home to  now, finally the completion of our pool. I mention this because the team at A&S were absolutely wonderful helping us manage the commotion this man tried to cause.Tim, the project manager was superb. His easy going management style and attention to detail was exactly what the doctor ordered. He gave us peace of mind every step of the way and facilitated outstanding workmanship from the various crews working on A&S's behalf. Had a great experience from the sales to install teams. Tim Hosfeld, the project manager, was instrumental in pulling off this entire project. He was very responsive and answered my numerous questions. I am confident that once the project closes, he will pick up the phone and help me out. We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Anthony & Sylvan Pools — especially Timothy (Tim) H., the technician who recently helped us out. After the hard freeze, our pool pump unexpectedly shut off and froze. Tim came out and literally stood outside with a hair dryer working carefully to get our system thawed and back up and running. That alone would have been impressive — but he didn’t stop there. Once everything was running again, we noticed a small leak coming from the pump connection. Tim returned later that afternoon, took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, and stayed until the job was completely finished. He even went the extra mile to address a couple of other minor issues while he was here. The best part? Our pool is going on three years old and all of this service was provided at no cost to us. If you’re considering installing a pool, we highly recommend contacting Anthony & Sylvan Pools and getting on their schedule. They are a solid company that truly stands behind their product. We are so glad our pool is an Anthony & Sylvan Pool!
