Certified through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) as a CBP and involved in the construction and renovation of pools nationwide, he’s committed to delivering high-quality, locally crafted pool renovation solutions that reflect the unique Northeast landscape.

Michael brings years of leadership experience and a passion for creating spaces that inspire connection. Before stepping into his current role, Michael spent years guiding teams and building processes that prioritize creativity and quality. He now leads our talented Design Consultants, ensuring they have the tools and support to transform ideas into beautiful, functional outdoor environments. Outside of work, Michael enjoys exploring scenic roads, designing backyards in 3D, and discovering unique destinations with his family—experiences that fuel his appreciation for thoughtful design and craftsmanship. His goal is simple: empower his team so every customer enjoys a process as rewarding as the finished result.

Ryan Gallucci is a construction professional with over 30 years of experience in the NYC Metro market with expertise in concrete and steel constructed structures including ground-up luxury midrise building, midrise mixed-use and now custom gunite pools.
