5 STARS HANDS DOWN!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I had the pleasure of experiencing one of the best and most professional pool constructions. I did my research on many pool companies FOR ALMOST A YEAR, and I knew from the beginning that A&S was the correct selection. Especially after reading feedback from other pool owners about their experiences with other pool companies. Jeremy Siebert is a class act. Our initial interaction on the phone convinced me to see what he had to offer. He showed up at my house with his computer and designed the pool on-site, provided me with a 3D model, and provided a transparent quote with no hidden fees; the quote never changed by even a cent. He designed a pool that fits our budget with the same glamor and aesthetic we were looking for. Always answered the phone and emails anytime, or he would get back to you. No matter the time or day, he made sure all of your concerns were addressed. All HOA information and building permits were precise, which allowed our HOA and county to grant permits in record time on the first-pass yield. We received praise from our VERY STRICT HOA in Eagle Landing of Oakleaf Plantation! The handover and transition to our construction Project Manager (PM), Shawn Halloway, was seamless. Shawn is quintessential. He went above and beyond to ensure every single process of the pool construction was executed flawlessly. Every single inspection passed the first time with no redo. Shawn ensured we were able to complete 2-3 weeks earlier than the planned schedule. He will inspect the jobsite prior to every inspection, and he will be onsite for all critical path items to ensure nothing was missed or not communicated. The jobsite was clean to perfection after completion. Every contractor, from the excavators to the plumbing, electrical, decking crew, steel crew, and gunite crew, was professional, courteous, and well-mannered. They all expressed job appreciation wholeheartedly. I was impressed. Shawn and Jeremy recommended one of the best screen companies in the business. They completed my screen in 3 days instead of 7-10 days, flawlessly. They were on time, and there were no holdups or delays in the schedule. We appreciate "Call the Screen Guys." There were one or two minor nitpicking OCD issues I had, and Shawn was Johnny-On-The-Spot to make the correction. Anthony & Sylvan is not the most expensive and not the most inexpensive, but the best choice if you want TOP-NOTCH pool construction; hire them ASAP. The crew at Anthony & Sylvan were fantastic! Have a pool in our backyard has been a dream, and David Geiger, our project manager, was top notch! He busted his butt to make sure this pool was done quickly without sacrificing quality or safety. I can’t say enough nice things about David the trade crews - they are all phenomenal! Maurice Bushroe, the pool designer helped get our vision on paper and get the project started. He was friendly, responsive and very knowledgeable. He was also willing to work around our busy schedule and meet after work so that our project could get started as quickly as possible. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Anthony & Sylvan and the beautiful pool they built for us! Their team did a wonderful job keeping us informed throughout the entire process and making sure we always knew what to expect. Jeremy did an incredible job bringing our vision to life and helping us design a pool that was exactly what we envisioned. David was fantastic throughout the build and made sure everything stayed on track from start to finish. We are extremely happy with how everything turned out and couldn’t be more pleased with our new pool. We started our process in early Jan, and were met with our salesman and project manager, Jeremy and Shawn.  They designed us a pool that looked amazing. The build process was prompt, on time, on budget, commutation was great and the end product looks amazing. We selected Anthony and Sylvan Pools to build our swimming pool because of the Time and effort Jeremy Siebert (Sales) put in to assisting us in (great detail) to get our pool designed and built in minimal time. Mr. Siebert also produced detail drawings of the pool that exceeded our H O A standards, and it was priced right. Next up was the Project Manager (Shawn Holloway). Mr. Holloway worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was exact and to the plan. Not only did Anthony and Sylvan build our pool to the exact specifications we wanted, but they also directed us to many excellent sub-contractors that participated in the process. But the "Crème de la crème" happened several months afterwards. I accidently dumped a large ceramic container full of topsoil & plants into our new pool. The ceramic pot broke and the dirt was everywhere in the pool. I panicked. Called Mr. Holloway, he immediately sent someone over to clean the pool. PROBLEM SOLVED. I asked How Much? Mr. Holloway said, "Anthony and Sylvan Goes the Extra Mile" to ensure our customers are satisfied.  I don't think other pool companies would do that for a customer. We were very happy we chose Anthony & Sylvan to build our pool. Jeremy was fantastic during the design phase and willing to work with us on various scenarios until we settled on a design. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and available night or day to answer questions. Our project manager Shawn was also amazing, handling all facets of the build. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. This was especially important since we live out of state and were not always there during the construction process. He visited the project site often, sending regular email updates with pictures, answered all our questions and followed up as needed. His calm demeanor and extensive knowledge of pool construction took the stress out of the whole process.  We felt the quality and workmanship of the pool was excellent. The coping and plaster crew were especially meticulous and we appreciated their craftsmanship. The pool exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with it! I would highly recommend A&S to anyone looking to build a pool!
