A&S will attempt in good faith to secure building permits, HOA approval and/or other state, local or municipal permission necessary to proceed with construction, and you will assist us. A&S cannot begin work before all such permissions are obtained. A&S reserves the right to cancel this Agreement if a permit has not been obtained through no fault of A&S within ninety (90) days of the date of this Agreement.
